Regions and Chapters

Since 1976, NOBLE has been providing solutions to issues in Black law enforcement. Today, we are more than 4,800 strong, and our reach extends beyond the 60 chapters in the United States to Canada, the Caribbean, and Africa.

NOBLE members are servant leaders and change agents in their communities – and equally important, their membership gives them access to a network of like-minded professionals, diverse training opportunities, and a host of other valuable resources.
 

Whether members are engaged in a food or clothing drive, presenting the Law and Your Community, reading to children, awarding scholarships, or talking with young people about safety—be it traffic safety, gun safety, internet safety, bullying or HIV/AIDS prevention—NOBLE cares!
