Ernest Withrow, immediate past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of NOBLE.

Retired after 36-years in the field of Corrections and Probation. He served with the Pennsylvania Dept. of Corrections, as the Assistant to the Director for the Bureau of Community Corrections, and as the Work Release Coordinator for Somerset Parole and Probation. He is a retired Army veteran, where he was a Sergeant in Military Intelligence.  He is the co-founder of My Brother's Keeper, a faith-based mentoring program for young men. He also serves as a Deacon in Morningside Church of God and Christ, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. He has been married to Sylvia Gibson Withrow for 29-years, and they have two children.
