Meet the President of NOBLE
Renée Hall serves as President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and is the Founder & CEO of TUU Enterprises, LLC. With decades of law enforcement leadership, she made history as the first woman to serve as Chief of Police for the Dallas Police Department, where she led 4,000 personnel and a $500 million budget. Hall is recognized for advancing innovation, policy reform, and community trust. A Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow and FBI National Academy graduate, she continues to shape the future of 21st-century policing.
